As a Cleaning Service Manager, you will direct daily operations for a janitorial service company. You will supervise 11 to 15 people while planning work, evaluating results, and addressing customer concerns. The position supports green economy activities and requires specialized environmental skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily janitorial operations
- Evaluate operations and organize ongoing service activities
- Implement staff policies and procedures
- Control budgets and inventory levels
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- College certificate or diploma from a one to two-year program
- One year to less than two years of experience
- Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
- English language proficiency
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
