• Clean apartments and common areas using assigned schedules
• Sanitize furniture, fixtures, walls, ceilings, lights, vents, and windows
• Operate floor care machines and steam cleaning equipment
• Strip, scrub, spray, and buff floor surfaces
• Transport garbage to designated areas and complete required documentation

• Good oral and written English communication skills
• Knowledge of standard institutional cleaning techniques
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
