School Facilities Building Attendant

Support secure, clean Rundle Schools as a full-time Building Attendant using facility maintenance and security skills. Work primarily Monday through Friday.
Rundle seeks a Building Attendant for its facilities team at Rundle Schools. You will support school buildings, grounds, rental groups, and facility projects coordinated by the Manager of Facilities. The position includes cleaning, maintenance, security rounds, and onsite assistance for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and close schools while operating alarm systems
Perform security rounds across school grounds
Complete daily and seasonal cleaning routines
Support rental spaces, events, and user groups
Respond to emergencies, repairs, and facility requests
Requirements:
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Basic knowledge of building repair, cleaners, electrical, and plumbing
Effective written, verbal, and problem-solving communication skills
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Standard First Aid and CPR C certification
Bring security, cleaning, maintenance, and communication skills to support Rundle Schools, rental users, staff, and students.
