Position: Project Manager, Roofing & Waterproofing

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000

Our client is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their Calgary team. This role oversees the daily operations of multiple waterproofing crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The company specializes in roofing, traffic coatings, cladding, and waterproofing across the Calgary region. The Project Manager will coordinate schedules, monitor job site performance, and support both field staff and clients to maintain smooth operations.

Job description:

• Manage waterproofing crews with roughly six to ten workers per crew.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the waterproofing crews and overall.
• Manage daily activity/request/need of the workforce.
• Create weekly schedule.
• Create supplier’s PO and pre-start foreman’s binder.
• Review the change order process as required, with the assistance of the project coordinator.
• Attend every job site at least once a week to review progress, quality, and budget assurance checks.
• Attend required pre-start or site meetings that require the presence of the PM.
• Review of the labor budget on ongoing basis and project completion.
• Work closely with the site superintendent and the project coordinator.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of waterproofing experience.
• Previous construction management role experience is an asset.
• Must be familiar with all type of waterproofing systems.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office
• Valid Driver’s License required.
