Mine Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a Mine Operations Supervisor to lead safe, efficient, and compliant operations at our Windermere and Kootenay West sites for Certain Teed
.

• Supervise mining, plant, and rail load‑out operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage production schedules, quality control, and stock levels.
• Oversee maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
• Train, coach, and schedule employees and contractors.
• Monitor performance and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Mining Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in mineral extraction or processing.
• Proven leadership and people‑management skills.
• Strong understanding of quarry safety and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Base salary ranges from 95 000$ to 115 000$ per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus up to 10% of base salary.
