Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily and weekly department performance metrics

• Facilitate resolution of interdepartmental issues

• Manage budgets, including P&L monitoring

• Implement new procedures for continuous improvement

• Analyze key performance indicators for departmental trends

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in relevant fields

• Valid Class 3 with Air Brake license mandatory

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Safety-conscious with a focus on compliance

• Availability for flexible work schedules, including weekends
