You will report directly to the Director of Operations while leading a skilled maintenance team. Your primary tasks will involve implementing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to achieve uptime targets and operational objectives. You will also champion continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance team operations aligning with national programs
• Utilize RCA, RCM, and FMEA for informed decision-making
• Improve MRO inventory control and critical spare parts identification
• Support annual CAPEX program execution
• Foster a team environment focused on plant performance
Requirements:
• Five years in Maintenance Management essential
• Engineering Degree or Diploma in relevant fields required
• Certification in asset management is a plus
• Five years CMMS experience needed
• Expertise in project management necessary
Lead efforts to maximize equipment reliability and operational performance as the Senior Manager.
