Join Hello Fresh as a Hub Supervisor at our Calgary location! Lead the team responsible for sortation, loading, and overall delivery operations while ensuring safety and compliance.
In this pivotal role, you will report to the Hub Manager and be tasked with the daily management of Warehouse and Delivery Associates. Your contributions will directly affect the efficiency of meal box deliveries and adherence to safety protocols. You will also implement training programs to enhance skills and operations within the hub.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day operations of sortation and loading
• Lead health and safety compliance initiatives
• Maintain service levels and respond to customer queries
• Engage team members through effective communication
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role in logistics
• Class 5 license needed
• Capability to lift and manage physical tasks
• Flexibility for various shifts including weekends
• Data reporting skills required
