Key Responsibilities:
• Drive major project negotiations and economic development initiatives
• Develop strategic financial models for investments
• Ensure client needs are met through innovative approaches
• Foster relationships and support business growth
• Coach and mentor team members for professional development
Requirements:
• More than 7 years in a senior role focused on economic development
• Relevant degree in Business, Finance, or Indigenous Studies
• Experience working with Indigenous organizations
• Strong project management and financial acumen
• Ability to travel as required
