Inflight Operations Crew Care Manager

As the Manager of Crew Care, you will report to the Senior Manager of Inflight Operations and act as a representative for cabin personnel. This position entails managing incidents, responding to crew inquiries, and providing day-to-day leadership in a high-pressure environment. You will be available around the clock, ensuring adherence to operational regulations while supporting crew welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Med Aire support calls for crew medical needs
• Engage as the first responder for cabin emergencies
• Provide guidance and support for scheduling challenges
• Foster communications with Base Managers and stakeholders
• Document all incidents and ensure compliance with standards
Requirements:
• 2 years leadership or 3 years inflight experience required
• Strong familiarity with Canadian Air Regulations
• Previous cabin crew experience is preferred
• Excellent decision-making and communication abilities
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and stress
