This leadership position requires proactive coaching and development of Store Managers while overseeing overall business performance. Your ability to analyze multi-unit operations, coupled with your strong people management skills, will be essential. You will ensure compliance with regulations and policies while driving impactful results through your teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Store Managers into high-performing leaders

• Evaluate district KPIs and coach teams on action plans

• Visit stores regularly to assess compliance and service

• Drive business performance metrics with accountability

• Collaborate with various teams to achieve business goals

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in retail leadership across multiple locations

• Experience in a highly regulated retail environment preferred

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Proven ability to improve performance through guidance

• Willingness to travel extensively to store locations (70% of time)
