• Proactive, integrated Business Services support functions viewed by Operations as high-value business partners that help teams run, maintain, grow and scale.
• Predictable commercial performance Sales/BD and Marketing operating against clear targets, with the Director accountable for team performance, pipeline discipline and commercial systems.
• Scalable organizational capability Finance, HR, HSE and business processes able to support growth without creating unnecessary complexity or executive bottlenecks.
