Senior Program Manager in OT

Lead strategic initiatives as a Senior Program Manager focused on Operational Technology in the utilities and energy sector. Drive the delivery of complex programs involving SCADA and OT Networks across multiple projects.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to manage a significant Operational Technology portfolio within the utilities sector. With over 10 years in Program and Project Management, you will leverage your expertise in OT environments such as power generation and distribution. You will ensure effective budget management and vendor coordination for concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple large-scale OT programs and projects

• Manage budgets, vendors, contracts, and system integrators

• Utilize hands-on expertise in SCADA, ADMS, and DERMS

• Lead diverse delivery teams for successful project execution

• Ensure compliance with OT Cyber Security and relevant frameworks

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience

• Proven experience in utilities and energy sectors

• Familiarity with NERC-CIP and ISA/IEC security frameworks

• Experience integrating IT and OT environments

• PMP or PgMP certification preferred
