  Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10-Hour Shifts)

• Leadership
  
  Experience:
  
  3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of coordinating crew operations, task assignments, and daily workflows.
• Team Management:
  Ability to lead, mentor, and cultivate a positive work environment for a team of up to 10 employees using Alstar Job Relations methods.
• Safety Leadership:
  Active commitment to driving the Alstar Safety Culture, maintaining safe work practices, and participating in the Leadership Training Program (including Leadership for Safety Excellence at the MSHA facility).
• Training & Development:
  Must have valid Intermediate First Aid or willing to obtain. Hands-on experience implementing Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction (JI) to ensure consistent, effective on-the-job training for all crew members.
