As the Turnaround Controls Lead, you will guide a cross-functional team in effectively managing KPI programs and operational efficiency. Collaborate with customer planners and schedulers while handling event reporting, asset tracking, and cost control assessments.
Your role is crucial to ensure data integrity and visibility throughout the TAR process, promoting continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee KPI programs and coordinate with planner teams
• Ensure integrity in TAR costing, reporting, and controls
• Audit operations to enhance efficiency and standardization
• Track site scheduling activities for resource utilization
• Develop and manage the baseline schedule and forecasts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or engineering
• 10+ years of TAR preparation experience
• 5+ years in TAR or Project Controls
• Proficient in Power BI, Oracle, and Primavera
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
