Lead Employee and Individual Benefits strategy at Victor Canada, using commercial leadership and transformation expertise in a hybrid Canadian role.
This senior leadership role directs the Canadian Employee and Individual Benefits business, spanning health, dental, and disability. You will guide leaders across administration, underwriting, sales, and client service. The mandate combines growth, operational performance, client experience, innovation, and AI-enabled transformation.
Key Responsibilities:- Set business strategy and growth plans aligned with firm objectives
- Lead operating-model transformation, innovation, and process simplification
- Develop multidisciplinary leaders across benefits functions
- Manage divisional P&L performance and profitable growth
- Monitor KPIs, partnerships, contracts, and client escalations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- 12+ years progressive leadership experience in employee benefits
- Deep group and retiree benefits technical knowledge
- Experience leading administration, underwriting, sales, and client service leaders
- Commercial expertise in pricing, governance, margins, and P&L
