Lead BMO branch sales and service through employee coaching, customer advice, and business development at 125 East Hills Boulevard SE. Build accountable teams focused on customer outcomes.
This Branch Manager guides employees and directs retail banking sales and service activities. You will understand personal banking and credit card needs, advise customers on suitable products, and support referrals across BMO. The work includes branch planning, performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach employees to deliver exceptional BMO customer service
- Develop and execute the branch business plan
- Grow revenues, sales, customer retention, and acquisition
- Monitor performance and implement gap-closing action plans
- Resolve complex customer situations or escalate appropriately
- Knowledge of personal banking and credit card industries
- Ability to analyze issues, data, and business implications
- Ability to influence and negotiate business objectives
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
- Ability to maintain confidential customer and Bank information
