Lead IKEA fulfilment operations while coordinating people, shifts, equipment, and daily volume handling across an assigned area of responsibility.
As Fulfilment Operations Team Leader, you will guide co-workers to secure goods availability and operational readiness at the lowest possible cost. You will develop talent, maintain compliance, and support effective customer fulfilment operations. The work includes planning, workload analysis, damage prevention, and sustainability implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Fulfilment Operations co-workers within the assigned responsibility area
- Identify, recruit, retain, and develop team talent
- Maintain clean, organised, safe working environments
- Plan people, shifts, equipment, workloads, and seasonal volume needs
- Support Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda implementation
- University degree and two years related experience
- Or minimum five years of related experience
- Minimum one year of managerial experience
- Ability to follow IKEA regulations and local legislation
- Ability to support diverse, high performing teams
