Air Handling Unit Project Manager

Lead custom air handling projects from Calgary while coordinating customers, sales representatives, and cross-functional teams through delivery. Strong planning and communication skills are essential.

Scott Springfield Manufacturing seeks a Project Manager to manage commercial and industrial air handling unit projects. You will connect customers with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams. The work covers project initiation through completion, including budgets, schedules, resources, orders, and shipments. Customer relationship management remains central.

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries
• Coordinate customer meetings, status reviews, and factory tours
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders
• Manage demand dates, shipments, and factory loading
• Identify risks and improve project processes

• Three to five years of project management experience
• Post-secondary education in engineering, operations, construction, business, or equivalent technical field
• Project Management Professional certification is an asset
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and project completion
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
