Own Peloton store operations, profitability, and customer experience in Calgary, combining financial insight with retail leadership at The CF Chinook Centre. Lead onsite execution across sales, scheduling, payroll, policies, and visual merchandising while maintaining premium standards.
As Store Manager, you oversee the location’s operational performance and report to the District Manager. The role combines financial decision-making, sales discipline, customer engagement, and team development. You will also ensure company policies are executed and support local awareness through grassroots marketing, partnerships, and pop-up activations.
Key Responsibilities:- Use financial insights to guide profitability decisions

- Two or more years of retail management experience
- Two or more years of sales experience
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets
- Strong leadership and performance management abilities
