In this role, your work will contribute to our overall goal of becoming the #1 Managed Service Provider in Western Canada. Your primary role will be as a Service Delivery Manager, supporting a portfolio of assigned clients and leading a team of technical professionals.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you are key in ensuring the delivery of a consistent, best-in-class customer experience through building and maintaining strong customer relationships and providing effective leadership for your team

Lead a team of technical professionals while overseeing service delivery for a portfolio of clients. You will strengthen client relationships, keep commitments and priorities on track, and foster an environment where your team can do its best work.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients, acting as a key point of contact for service delivery.
• Lead, support, and develop a team of technical professionals, helping them stay aligned, accountable, and successful.
• Coordinate priorities, scheduling, dispatch, and day-to-day service needs across a changing workload.
• Monitor service levels, reporting, and client commitments, addressing risks and following through on action items.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve challenges, improve processes, and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Use sound judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills to keep work moving and support positive outcomes.

• 2+ years of experience in service delivery, service coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or a similar client-focused role.
• Experience leading, guiding, or coordinating people in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Working knowledge of the IT industry and service-level expectations.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Power BI and SLA reporting is an asset.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to help clients and team members succeed.

• Clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the service they receive.
• The technical team has clear direction, strong support, and shared accountability.
• Service commitments, priorities, and follow-ups are managed consistently.
• You identify practical ways to strengthen service delivery and the overall client experience.
