Lead client retention and growth for Canada Life’s Workplace Retirement business from Winnipeg, Calgary, or Vancouver. Guide regional managers and strengthen client experiences.
As Regional Director, Client Relationships, you will lead leaders across Western Canada. You will develop regional strategies, align national priorities, and manage relationships with clients, advisors, consultants, and stakeholders. The position requires strategic thinking, business acumen, and influence across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Managers
- Execute strategies for retention, growth, and satisfaction
- Align regional execution with national objectives
- Resolve complex client, advisor, and operational issues
- Oversee workforce planning and succession planning
- 10+ years in financial services, including Workplace Retirement
- Experience leading leaders and developing high-performing teams
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
- Post-secondary education or equivalent industry experience
