- Negotiation and conflict resolution

- Define project scope and objectives
- Prepare project budgets based on scope and resource needs
- Track project costs to meet budget
- Develop detailed project schedules and work plans
- Provide project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage vendor and supplier contracts
