Under the Regional Director of Operations, the Regional Manager oversees management tasks supporting quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily regional cleaning operations
Conduct structured site visits and review evaluations
Resolve client concerns and coordinate service requests
Train employees and monitor performance
Maintain schedules, inventory, equipment, and labor budgets
Requirements:
Three or more years managing service-related operations
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and emergencies
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
