As Manager, Launch and Growth Operations, you will turn ambiguous opportunities into operating plans, measurable results, and durable capabilities. You will manage a team across the U.S. and Philippines while partnering across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Legal, and commercial functions. Your portfolio includes launching partnerships, scaling Call Center, improving business performance, and strengthening Partner Operations systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategic programs accelerating partnerships growth and scalability
- Build capabilities from concept through launch and scale
- Define measures, monitor performance, and improve program economics
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with internal and external partners
- Manage and develop operators across the U.S. and Philippines
- 5+ years in strategy, operations, program management, or related fields
- 2+ years managing and developing people
- Experience translating ambiguity into strategies and measurable results
- Track record leading complex initiatives through execution
- Strong judgment, analytical rigor, and influential communication skills
