Coordinate commercial snow clearing for Clintar, combining leadership, dispatch response, and quality control across Calgary-area properties.
This seasonal Snow Removal Crew Leader position oversees crews during winter snow and ice events. Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services requires hands-on supervision, clear communication, and safe operation of snow equipment. The successful candidate helps ensure sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, pedestrian access points, and loading areas are properly cleared and treated.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise crews throughout snow and ice events
- Respond promptly to weather conditions and dispatch instructions
- Ensure commercial access areas are cleared and treated
- Track crew time and site completion
- Maintain quality control and client satisfaction
- Experience removing snow, preferably commercially
- Experience leading or supervising crews
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to work long hours during snow events
- Physical ability for cold-weather manual labor
