Commercial Snow Operations Supervisor

Coordinate commercial snow clearing for Clintar, combining leadership, dispatch response, and quality control across Calgary-area properties.
This seasonal Snow Removal Crew Leader position oversees crews during winter snow and ice events. Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services requires hands-on supervision, clear communication, and safe operation of snow equipment. The successful candidate helps ensure sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, pedestrian access points, and loading areas are properly cleared and treated.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise crews throughout snow and ice events
Respond promptly to weather conditions and dispatch instructions
Ensure commercial access areas are cleared and treated
Track crew time and site completion
Maintain quality control and client satisfaction
Requirements:
Experience removing snow, preferably commercially
Experience leading or supervising crews
Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
Ability to work long hours during snow events
Physical ability for cold-weather manual labor
