As a Senior Manager, you will guide client-facing engagement teams delivering customized tax strategies within complex regulatory frameworks. The work includes U.S. corporate tax compliance, reorganizations, due diligence, and modeling for Canadian acquisitions. You will manage client relationships, engagement financials, and team development while applying specialized technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple U.S. corporate tax engagement teams
Advise clients on planning, minimization, and compliance issues
Assess U.S. structures, capitalization, and financing methods
Perform acquisition due diligence and financial modeling
Mentor, motivate, and coach team members
Requirements:
CPA designation
Seven to eight years of relevant experience
Extensive U.S. Corporate Tax knowledge
Experience with compliance and tax reorganizations
Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
Apply strategic planning, U.S. tax expertise, and leadership to deliver trusted cross-border advice for MNP clients.
