CNC Mill Machinist - Day shift

• Programming and operating CNC machines.
• Selecting tooling and setup methods to produce parts efficiently.
• Reviewing and interpreting drawings to ensure all specifications are met.
• Modifying machine speed, tooling and cutting styles to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Ensuring quality on all parts and enforcing the Fidelity quality standard ISO & AS9100.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing common CNC problems.
• Use of various hand tools.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks and tool calibrations as needed.
• Following all health and safety regulations and controlled goods requirements.

• Minimum 3 years experience operating CNC machines.
• Journeyman, machinist trade certificate or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in Mastercam, Powermill, Solidworks or any other CAD/CAM software is considered an asset.
• Mandatory that this role take part in a criminal record check and controlled goods screening.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong time‑management skills to successfully complete tasks on a tight timeline.
• Comfortability in a physically demanding role including standing for long periods, repetitive tasks/movements and potentially lifting heavy objects.
