We are seeking an HVAC Production Assembler (Assembly Technician) to join our Production team. This role plays a critical part in assembling and fabricating HVAC equipment components to meet high-performance standards. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on mechanical experience and a strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork.

• Assemble and fabricate HVAC equipment components
• Measure, cut, grind, and fit parts to specification
• Follow blueprints to build units (parts range from 5–50 lbs.)
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Assist with detailing, crating, and preparing units for shipping
• Adhere to safety codes and company standards

• Experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
• Mechanically inclined with problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Safe lifting techniques (up to 50 lbs.)
• Experience using power tools (drill, grinder)
• Assets:
  First Aid, Forklift/ Crane certificates, tack welding skills

• Monday to Thursday: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am
