The ideal candidate is self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include inspecting parts, identifying defects, and training others in LPI techniques. A high school diploma, relevant certifications, and 1-3 years of experience in testing are required. This full-time position may entail various shifts and overtime as needed.
