Job Title:
Wiring Assembler
The Wiring Assembler will be an integral part of a team responsible for assembling industrial control panels for data centers and oil and gas units. Using electrical schematics, the assembler will install electrical components, wire units, and test panels. This role requires proficiency with hand tools, power tools, wrenches, and lifting devices to complete these tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities- Assemble industrial control panels for data centers and oil and gas units.
- Use electrical schematics to install electrical components, wire units, and test panels.
- Lay out panels and mount devices.
- Perform electrical wiring, including electrical circuits.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Use a tape measure proficiently, both in standard and metric.
- Operate hand and power tools with high efficiency.
- Document work using Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in electrical assembly and wiring.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Strong ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

The role is based in the main shop of a new building. Standard working hours are from 6:30 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime is available after 40 hours in a week. Personal protective equipment, including CSA-approved boots, safety glasses, and gloves, is required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
