What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of aggregatesSupervise and coach unionized production teams to meet quality and productivity targetsMonitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtimeImplement and uphold safety, environmental, and compliance standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiativesWhat Are We Looking For

This role is based in an outdoor, industrial setting with exposure to varying weather conditions and heavy equipment. It requires mobility across the site and adherence to safety protocols at all times.What We Offer
