Position: Senior Human Factors Engineering Analyst to lead the development of the organization’s human factors strategy from

Our Calgary based client is looking for a Senior Human Factors Engineering Analyst to lead the development of the organization’s human factors strategy from concept through full production, defining roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics

* Successful candidates must have a minimum of 10 years consecutive residence in Canada – for Canadian Secret Security Clearance*

Must Haves:

8+ years of experience in Human Factors
, Human Systems, HCI, UX Research, or UX Architecture

Strong experience analyzing results and producing artefacts that clearly capture user needs and design recommendations

Ability to obtain and maintain Canadian Security Clearance and Controlled Goods Assessment

Must be eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Factors Engineering, Industrial Design, Psychology, Kinesiology, Computer Science, Systems Design, Ergonomics, or a related discipline with HFE/HCI coursework

Nice to Have

Experience executing Human Factors or UX in an Agile environment

Familiarity with MIL-STD-, ISO, and ANSI standards

Willingness to travel occasionally
