Job Title:
Aircraft Mechanic
Join our dynamic MRO team as an Aircraft Mechanic. You will be responsible for performing A and B checks, conducting inspections, and assembling and disassembling various aircraft components. This role involves tasks like dropping and reinstalling engines and offers the opportunity to draw from the experience of seasoned professionals. You will be assigned to project teams based on your past experience, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities- Perform A and B checks on aircraft.
- Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance of aircraft components.
- Assemble and disassemble aircraft parts with precision.
- Drop and reinstall engines as needed.
- Collaborate with project teams, leveraging past experience for effective contributions.
- Aircraft maintenance and heavy maintenance expertise.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance repair.
- Aircraft Mechanic License - M2.
- Familiarity with Dash 8, Q400, or CL aircraft.
- Aircraft manufacturing and assembly experience.
- Safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft plans.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Aircraft Mechanic or AME.
- Experience in MRO operations.
- ACA certification.

Overtime is available as needed. The facility houses about 100 people with project teams ranging from 4-8 members. The work environment encourages collaboration and innovation, providing a supportive atmosphere for professional growth.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Calgary, AB.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
