Heavy General Labourer

We are seeking a disciplined, high-endurance Heavy Operations Specialist to join our team. This position is specifically designed for a professional who thrives in high-intensity environments and possesses a background in heavy industry—specifically those with experience in the Oil & Gas, Mining, or Infrastructure sectors.

While this role is outside of the energy sector, we prioritize the technical aptitude, physical stamina, and safety-first mindset typically found in field-service veterans.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution:
Perform high-demand manual tasks, including the frequent maneuvering of equipment and materials exceeding 50 lbs.

Site Readiness:
Maintain operational flow within challenging, high-impact industrial environments, including outdoor settings, variable weather, and high-debris conditions.

Safety Stewardship:
Rigorously adhere to all safety protocols to uphold our commitment to a zero-incident workplace.

Performance Consistency:
Maintain high-performance output during extended shifts and peak operational cycles to ensure project continuity.
