Location:
This position is based in Calgary, AB, and does require in-person office visits.
Responsibilities
As a Material Handler/Inventory Analyst, your responsibilities will be:
Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoicesPerform daily inventory transactions to support in-house manufacturingDe-trash and dispose of boxes and other packagingPick and setup of materials for production jobsEnsure department and Nov Atel goals and objectives are metEnsure inventory and related processes, transactions, and records are accurate and sufficientSeek and implement continuous improvements using Lean methodologies in all of your dutiesQualifications
Must Have:
High School diploma2 - 5 years of related experience in material handling or warehousing, preferably in a production environmentExperience and use of visual manufacturing processes and systemsAble to lift 40 poundsCapable of shift work if required (7:00AM-2:45PM, 2:30PM-10:15PM) (May also be required to work overtime, including weekends)Key Success Factors:
Strong organizational skillsAdaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving businessDetail-oriented and capable of multi-taskingPerform daily activities in a timely and accurate mannerSelf-motivated and self-disciplinedNice To Have:
