About Next Level Advanced Manufacturing  Next Level Advanced Manufacturing is a Calgary-based manufacturing startup built by people who like solving hard problems on the shop floor. The business combines precision CNC machining with metal additive manufacturing, inspection, and engineering support to deliver high-mix, low-volume parts that demand careful thinking and hands-on experience. Today, the team supports customers across energy and industrial sectors, while steadily expanding into aerospace, space, and defence as new certifications and capabilities come online.

Investments in multi-axis equipment, advanced materials, and tight quality systems mean employees work on parts that are rarely routine and often first-of-their-kind.
This is a hands-on, high-performing environment where machinists, engineers, and problem-solvers collaborate closely, influence process planning, and shape how work gets done. With a small, highly skilled team, individuals take ownership early, gain exposure across additive and subtractive manufacturing, and grow alongside a business moving toward product development and new markets.
