• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe production of ready‑mix concrete.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on plant systems and machinery.
• Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to maintain consistent production flow.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure material quality standards are met.
• Support a clean, organized, and compliant worksite through daily housekeeping and safety practices.

• Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot plant equipment and systems.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and operational excellence.
• Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, production‑focused environments.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plant processes and procedures.

• Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination and background check.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
