Job Description:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and production environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing systems and production processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Experience:
  • Experience supporting production or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience working with engineering and design changes in a production setting.
    • Responsibilities:
  • Support daily production activities through direct shop floor engagement.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing system issues, process deviations, and design-related problems.
  • Assess, coordinate, and support implementation of engineering and design changes.
  • Interface with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Support root cause analysis, containment, and corrective action activities.
  • Provide technical guidance to production teams to minimize downtime.
  • Support MRB-related activities as required.
    • Should Have:
  • MRB experience.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Skills:
  • Manufacturing systems troubleshooting.
  • Production process support.
  • Engineering change coordination.
  • Root cause analysis and corrective actions.

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
