Startec Compression & Process seeks an experienced Instrumentation Supervisor to lead instrumentation activities at their Shepard Shop. This critical role entails managing all aspects of instrumentation installation and testing while ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will guide a team of technicians, focusing on their development and the efficiency of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise calibration, tubing fabrication, and instrumentation setup

• Enforce quality control measures and safety compliance

• Optimize project scheduling and production efficiency

• Track documentation and maintain reporting standards

• Mentor technicians in installation and troubleshooting practices

Requirements:

• Certification as a Journeyperson in Instrumentation required

• At least 8 years in instrumentation within production settings

• Proven supervisory experience with instrumentation teams

• Strong technical knowledge of engineering specifications

• Effective communicator with problem-solving skills
