Seek excellence in manufacturing efforts with Badger as a Manufacturing Engineer. This role focuses on creating safe and cost-effective manufacturing processes and requires strong CAD experience.

The Manufacturing Engineer will develop and implement optimal manufacturing methods aligned with quality standards. Supported by over three years of qualified experience in a manufacturing setting, you will design tooling and layouts for new products while ensuring safety compliance and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design tooling for manufacturing process support

• Develop manufacturing process layouts and drawings

• Research safe production flow and assembly methods

• Set individual performance initiatives and deadlines

• Ensure compliance with Badger's safety standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering

• Over 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience

• Registration as a Professional Engineer with APEGA or EIT

• Proficiency in CAD, particularly Solid Works

• Familiarity with CNC, welding, and robotics technologies
