The Assembler reports to the Manufacturing Manager and is vital in producing electromechanical products. This role demands proficiency in reading wiring lists, PID drawings, and assembly instructions to ensure quality workmanship standards. Candidates must showcase manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate within a team or independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products per wiring diagrams and blueprints

• Conduct in-process testing following assembly instructions

• Maintain accurate production records and checklists

• Operate a variety of hand and power tools effectively

• Ensure shop cleanliness and safety protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• 3-5 years relevant experience in assembly work

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

• Proficiency with computers and software tools

• Ability to lift heavy loads safely
