As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee recycling operations while ensuring safe work practices and minimal impact during maintenance. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership skills in an industrial environment and has a strong foundation in operational and environmental best practices. You will interact regularly on the production floor, making real-time decisions to solve problems and enhance productivity.
