CNC Machinist

Position: CNC Machinist Full-Time
Join our team as a CNC Machinist in Calgary, AB. Utilize your machining expertise in a permanent full-time position focused on manufacturing excellence.

We are looking for a skilled machinist with 3-5 years of experience in a general manufacturing setting. You will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings, verifying dimensions, and operating CNC machines at our facility. This role mandates on-site work to ensure quality manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining tools

• Fit and assemble components accurately

• Maintain inspection records for all machined parts

• Verify dimensions with precision measuring instruments

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications

Requirements:

• 3 years to less than 5 years machining experience

• Familiarity with micrometers and other measuring tools

• High school graduation certificate needed

• Ability to lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs

• Must currently reside in Canada with appropriate work authorization
