CNC Machine Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a CNC Machine Maintenance Technician, focusing on maintaining machine performance and accuracy. This full-time, in-person role requires strong skills in equipment operation and materials management.

As a crucial member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing daily rigging and forklift inspections. You will also conduct thorough pre-use inspections for all machinery while ensuring the CNC saws are calibrated for optimal performance.

Your role guarantees that all manufacturing orders are completed accurately, adhering to safety standards in handling machinery and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily rigging and forklift inspections

• Perform pre-use checks for machinery and tools

• Safely operate equipment including Forklift and CNC Saw

• Manage shipping and receiving of materials

• Maintain CNC Mills and Lathes' operational accuracy

Requirements:

• Experience with Forklift and CNC machine operations

• Ability to read and interpret work packages

• Knowledge of safe material handling practices

• Effective communication skills with team members

• Capable of lifting materials up to 50 lbs
