Become a Journeyman Painter at Enerflex’s Southeast Calgary facility. This full-time role requires mastery in industrial painting and teamwork for effective project execution.

In this position, you will report directly to the Paint Supervisor while working collaboratively within the Paint Department. Your skills with airless spray equipment and knowledge of various industrial paints are crucial as you perform high-quality painting on equipment. Enerflex prioritizes safety and quality, operating on a four-day week schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize industrial paints for equipment painting

• Measure air and paint conditions for quality

• Conduct thorough testing and inspections of surfaces

• Maintain safety procedures in paint storage and disposal

• Collaborate effectively with team members on projects

Requirements:

• 2-3 years work experience in painting required

• Experience with mixing and thinning coatings beneficial

• Strong communication skills for team collaboration

• Attention to detail in achieving strict tolerances

• Candidates with auto body experience are welcome
