Position: Trusscore Compo under/Blender Role
Become a key player at Trusscore as a Compo under/Blender. Your focus will be on efficiently operating shredders and grinders while ensuring environmental sustainability in our production process.

In this essential role, you will manage operations that process industrial plastics, ensuring that ingredients are accurately weighed and machinery is efficiently maintained. Your expertise will support us in developing innovative building materials, driving our mission of zero-waste manufacturing. Attention to detail is crucial as you will also handle packaging and track production results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weigh ingredients precisely for formulations

• Operate and monitor compounding equipment

• Maintain ingredient hoppers and resin silos

• Package and store finished compounding products

• Document lot numbers and production reports

Requirements:

• Experience in blending or production environments

• Forklift operation and license are advantages

• Physical ability to lift 35-50 lbs continuously

• Comfortable with varied work environments

• Strong communication skills for issue reporting
