PTW, a leading contractor in Calgary, is looking for a dedicated Fitter for their team. You will interpret engineering specifications, prepare metal components, and operate necessary equipment such as grinders and torches. Safety and organization are paramount, as you will be responsible for fitting and moving materials efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret drawings to select and cut materials efficiently

• Lay out and detail heavy metal components accurately

• Operate metalworking equipment for fabrication tasks

• Fit and assemble components for final installation

• Keep work areas organized and compliant during projects

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant commercial or industrial experience

• Welding training or Interprovincial Trade Certification preferred
