Mechanical Assembler

Position: Mechanical Assembler - Flexible Shifts
Elevate your skills as a Mechanical Assembler at CoolIT Systems. We offer day and evening shifts to accommodate your schedule while you contribute to state-of-the-art cooling solutions.

This temporary role reports directly to the Production Manager and involves assembling both simple and complex electro-mechanical products. You will utilize hand, pneumatic, and electric tools, focusing on prototype and production of cooling components. Your contribution is vital to quality and efficiency during the assembly process while also participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble Cold plate loops, manifolds, and heat exchanger products

• Use power tools and fixtures for accurate assembly

• Collaborate to improve assembly processes and safety

• Maintain production standards and deadlines

• Participate in Kaizen activities for process enhancements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma minimum

• Experience with hand tools and lifting required

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• 2 years in manufacturing preferred

• Basic computer skills and strong communication
